Orders are shipped within 1 week of receipt of order and payment via credit card. Online orders are accepted through PayPal®. PayPal® Payment recipient: lcgcreations@yahoo.com. All orders will be shipped via US priority mail (2 to 3 days). There is a fixed shipping price of $10.00 that includes priority mailing, delivery confirmation, and insurance. When shipping to an address in Virginia, a 5% sales tax will be added to your order.

Custom Orders

If you have an idea for a particular design, or would like a slightly different variation of one of the pieces I offer, I will be happy to work with you to create a unique, custom creation. Repairs and Alterations

I offer repairs free of cost. There is also no charge for resizing jewelry, should you require a different length.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, I will accept returns within 1 week of receipt of merchandise. Please contact me via email or telephone to arrange for returns. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns must be well packed and insured. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. LCG Creations is not responsible for items that are lost in the mail. You may exchange unworn jewelry for any other piece I have in stock. Exchanges must be made within 1 week of receipt of the item.
